2003 Fall is here, more Milky-Spore for Grub Control.

Milky-Spore is being applied a few times this year. Being fall now, is when the grub activity is suppose to be at its highest. The idea is to populate so much milky-spores in the ground, the grubs will eat it. Once inside, the bacteria will grow causing the grub to die, releasing many, many more milky-spore bacterias. This way a heavily infested yard like mine, should see results fast. One sad note, since I want the grubs to eat and help spread the milky-spore, I cannot use any pesticides for grub control. These Japanese Beetle larvae must live to spell doom for future generations. To counteract the white grub damage to lawn, I have been feeding the yard to help it's recovery.
