| When we first found this house on the market, it was 10 years old, and during an inspection it was found that carpenter ants were getting inside the house. No damage was found, but selling homeowners needed proof of extermination before sale. They did so. Now that the summer was very dry, the grass was brown, stream 100 feet way was dry, and bugs were almost no existant. We expected the ants to be gone, but we wondered if they sprayed too much around the paremeter. |
