Well once again, I'm hoping that the Japanese beetle traps help me reduce the number of beetles, therefore reduce the number of grubs in my yard. I still resist the use of pesticides, since having a population of grubs helps to spread the milky spore. The traps will help minimize the grubs, but enough will be layed in my yard to continue to inoculate it for future years. Personally I hate the Catch-22 of Milky Spore, need the grubs to populate the yard's natural defenses, but you buy Milky Spore to get rid of the grubs. I guess we'll see if the money spent pays off in the coming years.
