White Grubs and Japanese Beetles, OH MY!

Milky Spore is my answer to my lawn grub control problem.

I found Milky-Spore works without poisoning my yard. I found the grannules, rather than using the power. The grannules appear to be clay kitty litter embedded with the spores. Something doesn't seem right reaching in to a bag of kitty litter. ;) Why the granules are better for these reasons. 1. You can use a regular spreader. 2. Way less dusty. 3. Milky-Spore bag is sized just for my yard. Why I chose Milky-Spore as my Grub Control: 1. Once established, its protection is almost infinite. 2. It's a natural grub worm killer. 3. My grub protection migrates to surrounding yards, so over the years I should see healther yards all around. 4. In the long run it's cheaper, since only two years of applications. 5. No toxic grub worm killer residue to prevent my yard's use. Draw backs to Milky-Spore: 1. My yard requires a minimum of two years of treatment before I have white grub control. 2. Not allowed to use poison for immediate effects since the living grubs spread the natural grub worm killer power of Milky-Spore. 3. Initial Cost. Milky-Spore isn't cheap, especially compared to the instant results you get with some other grub worm control products. Time to wait out the next couple of years.
